I must have walked past 11 King West a hundred times before pausing to notice it. When I finally looked up, I was captivated by its mirrored windows and bold black lines. Precise bands of black and grey steel frame the watery reflections of the stone buildings surrounding it. As the sun was setting on the city, the steel took on the pink hues of twilight, resembling a Chanel bag. And so, I needed to document those colours just the way I had experienced them that evening.
